How did it all start?
In 2016, the Sustainable Production Forum was launched under the visionary leadership of Zena Harris, President of Green Spark Group, to provide a platform for industry leaders and advocates to connect and share sustainability stories, igniting a transformative journey in the motion picture industry’s sustainability landscape. SPF’s early days were marked by strong support from essential partners, including Creative BC and the Vancouver International Film Festival, which laid the foundation for a vibrant community committed to sustainability in the entertainment industry.
