Magazine Spread By Sun Woo Baik

This year, we celebrate the annual B.C. Magazine Day on November 30, an homage to the diverse voices of B.C. publications and the boundless power of storytelling within the 200+ unique titles. B.C. Magazine Day is presented by the Magazine Association of BC (MagsBC), an organization dedicated to representing, connecting, and promoting the British Columbia magazine industry. This includes a diverse range of magazine titles spanning literary, lifestyle, arts and culture, news, business, and special interest publications in both online and print formats.

B.C.’s magazines cover a variety of topics, from automotive to farming to recreational activities and everything in between. They reflect the diverse interests and identities of British Columbians and attract readers not only from the local communities, but across borders as well. Industry professionals are recognized for excellence in storytelling, design, and analysis. Their work delivers thought-provoking commentary, engaging narratives, and striking visuals that capture the lifestyle, spirit, and aesthetic of B.C., reinforcing the province’s cultural voice and creative leadership. B.C.’s magazines play a vital role in connecting readers to ideas, identities, and local businesses.
