Roadhouse remains at the forefront of game design and is one of Vancouver’s biggest independent games studios. The company prides itself on creating games that appeal to global audiences and stand out as much for their design as their amazing graphical quality. With over 30+ Artists, Animators, Graphic / Game / Level Designers, Video / Audio Producers, Roadhouse has a major focus on the quality of its creative work from in game environments and levels, to stunning 3D Animated characters.

As well as creating games from scratch, the company also has an in-house agency creative team, at the hub of all of the company’s marketing and launch assets – creating Game Trailers, Advertising creative.

The creative services team has doubled in recent months to support the demand. From the creation of initial key art and app store icons, through the production of HD quality game trailers, impactful banner ads, Brands, logos, App store icons, and key art for itself and its many clients.

A few examples of Roadhouse’s creative production can be seen from the official race-courses and planes in Red Bull Air Race game to thrilling combat Space marines in Carnage and the exciting 3D action adventure with in Food Battle! The creative art team continues to deliver a portfolio of quality collateral to clients such as D3 Publishers, Acquire and Red Bull.

Roadhouse Interactive is an end-to-end producer, developer and operator of games for mobile and tablet. Based in Vancouver, BC, our experienced team has collectively delivered or played key roles on some of the most well-known and successful game franchises of all time, and has a combined average of 9.5 years’ experience in the industry.

The company has a strong foundation in technology and infrastructure businesses, stemming back to the earliest days of online free-to-play games and brings significant technology investment to each project we undertake.

The group was originally founded by James Hursthouse, Ian Verchere and Tarrnie Williams in December of 2009. Roadhouse Interactive was created to capitalise on a shared passion to develop high quality games for mobile and online platforms across casual, free to play and mid-core categories.
